Paypal is the wallet which accepts payment online and you can pay from PayPal from the some online site like eBay and other and transfer money and PayPal is also used in the fb account for the audience network accepting payments and other App which gives online money you should work on that app and they gives you money by PayPal.
But in India according to Indian govt policy PayPal account can people made and PayPal app work also and website also but the important things is in India through the PayPal wallet we can't accept the personal payment we can accept only organizational payments and the company if you have a corporate account in PayPal so you can accept payment through the PayPal wallet other wise not so if you have PayPal account and personal so you can use that account for paying the money and shopping online and not the accepting money in the Indian govt policy like paytm wallet so if some on send you money so that money can not we come in your PayPal account and wallet because i am also facing that problem and so i called the PayPal costumer care and so they tell me about that things.
